A limited-edition single malt whisky from the Sinteis range – The GlenAllachie The Sinteis Series 2015.

“Sinteis” (pronounced sin-teesh) means “synthesis” in Scottish Gaelic – a name that reflects the creativity of the GlenAllachie distillery in combining two distinctive yet complementary types of casks: Scottish Virgin Oak and Oloroso sherry casks.

Distilled in 2015, the whisky matured in a carefully selected combination of high-quality casks. It is bottled at full cask strength, 58,2 % ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.

The aroma features notes of coffee, grilled honeycomb, dried red berries, buttery cinnamon, toasted lemon peel, and muscovado sugar. The palate is rich and layered, offering heather honey, citrus, warm spices, ginger biscuits, poached fruits, followed by tones of coffee and vanilla buttercream.

The finish is long, with hints of dark chocolate, nutmeg, and a gentle touch of spiced orange, balanced beautifully between sweetness and oak depth.
