Taylor’s Fine Tawny Port is a classic port wine from Portugal, crafted from wines selected for their smoothness, finesse, and rounded character. It ages in oak barrels in the Taylor’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, and then the individual wines are blended for a balanced final expression.
In the Tawny style, it appears lighter and more delicate than fuller ruby ports. It has a light brick color with an amber rim and an aroma of ripe berry fruits, butterscotch, figs, plums, nuts, and spices. The taste is smooth, rounded, and sweet, with a pronounced note of strawberry jam.
Taylor’s Fine Tawny Port is ready to drink without decanting. It pairs excellently slightly chilled as an aperitif, but also after meals with desserts featuring almonds, berries, dark chocolate, nuts, or strong blue cheese.
Taylor’s Fine Ruby Port is a classic port wine from Portugal, made from fuller port wines aged for about two years in large oak casks. During aging, it gains softness and elegance while retaining fruitiness, intensity, and a youthful ruby color.
The aroma is distinctly fruity, with notes of blackcurrants and cherries. The taste is full, firm, and concentrated, with a rich expression of dark fruit, which is typical for the Ruby Port style.
Taylor’s Fine Ruby Port is ready to drink without decanting. It pairs excellently after a meal, especially with aged blue cheeses, desserts with berries, or dark chocolate.
The golden gift box transforms two bottles of wine, sparkling wine, or another suitable beverage into an elegant and representative gift. The delicately structured golden surface looks festive and is suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas, and corporate gifting.
On the front side, there are two cutouts through which the labels of the bottles remain partially visible. The internal design of the box separates the bottles and limits their clinking against each other. The integrated handle allows for comfortable carrying.
The box is delivered flat. Thanks to the self-locking bottom, it assembles quickly and without the use of glue. It is suitable for standard 0.75 l bottles, such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Schlegel types, as well as standard sparkling wine bottles.
The box is primarily intended for personal gift delivery. It is not designed as a standalone protective packaging for sending bottles via courier or mail.
