Suntory Hibiki Blossom Harmony

Limited Blended Whisky from Suntory that brings to life the harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. Suntory Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 is beautifully delicate and balanced. This whisky is inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms. To create this unique flavor profile, it combines a selection of rare malt and grain whiskies that have been finished in cherry wood casks.

Hibiki means "resonance" in Japanese. Since its launch in 1989 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Suntory, Hibiki embodies the Suntory philosophy of living in harmony with nature and people.

The Suntory house, as the founding house of Japanese whisky and a master blender, has made great efforts to explore the breadth and depth of what harmony can mean for the blend. Each Hibiki expression is one of the most sought-after blends in the world, where each Hibiki expression is carefully crafted to discover a different kind of Harmony.

Achieving the right balance has proven to be a significant challenge from the beginning, as cherry casks are among the casks with a strong character, which can easily become overpowering.

After many trials and errors, it was found that grain whiskies finished in cherry casks best highlight the overall balance as a slowly unfolding harmony of blooming flowers.

The end result is an extraordinarily unique expression of Hibiki whisky. An invitation to an enticing floral bouquet, followed by the signature depth and complexity of Hibiki in the form of honey, candied orange peel, jasmine, and chocolate decadence, all culminating in a surprising finish with bitter sweet spicy notes.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in beautiful gift cartons.
