Umiki Whisky

Umiki Whisky is the world's first whisky made using ocean water from the Japanese sea. This whisky is created as a tribute to the life-giving ocean and Japan. It has received an extraordinary number of global awards and medals.

It is a blend of pure desalinated seawater and Japanese malt whiskies. After blending, it was filled into Japanese pine casks. The name comes from the combination of the words “UMI” (ocean) and “KI” (tree).

It is a sustainable whisky that is non-chill filtered. It is bottled in a 0.5 l bottle with an alcohol content of 46 %.
