Kamiki Whisky is a modern Japanese blended malt whisky surrounded by the ancient customs of the Japanese Kansai region. The name of the whisky, which translates to “Breath of the God,” is named after the wind that comes from Mount Miwa, located near the Japanese city of Nara.
Kamiki Whisky is created from carefully selected Japanese barley whiskies, which are blended with the finest whiskies from around the world along with Japanese spring water. The whisky then matures in traditional oak barrels, but as the first and only whisky in the world, it undergoes a final maturation in barrels made from Japanese cedar wood - Yoshino Sugi, which imparts an unmistakable and very unique flavor.

Umiki Whisky is the world's first whisky made using ocean water from the Japanese sea. This whisky is created as a tribute to the life-giving ocean and Japan. It has received an extraordinary number of global awards and medals.
It is a blend of pure desalinated seawater and Japanese malt whiskies. After blending, it was filled into Japanese pine casks. The name comes from the combination of the words “UMI” (ocean) and “KI” (tree).
It is a sustainable whisky that is non-chill filtered. It is bottled in a 0.5 l bottle with an alcohol content of 46 %.

Hatozaki is a blended whisky from the Kaikyo distillery located in Akashi. The blend combines malt and grain whiskies from Japan as well as other countries. It matures in various casks, including ex-sherry, ex-bourbon, and oak from the Japanese Mizunara tree, which adds a complex flavor profile with notes of cherry blossom.
It is named after the oldest stone lighthouse Hatozaki in Japan. No coloring or filtration. We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice.
