Set Kilchoman Marsala Single Cask 2022 + Sanaig
Kilchoman Marsala Single Cask is another limited edition from the 2022 vintage that will charm you with its fantastically intense sweet aroma and balanced taste with notes of dried fruit, spice and smoke.
This great single malt whisky from Islay was distilled and bottled on 31.01.2013. Subsequently, it was filled in an ex-bourbon barrel for 9 years. It underwent a final 1-year maturation in a barrel of Sicilian Marsala wine, which gave it a pleasant taste of dried fruit, cinnamon and nuts.
Finally, it was poured into beautiful bottles on September 22, 2022 with a high alcohol content of 52.4 %. It is made without cold filtration and without any added flavorings or colorings. It comes in a very nice red-cream gift box.

Scottish Single Malt-ka Sanaig from the Kilchoman distillery is named after a bay on the rugged Atlantic coast in the Islay region . Sanaig is the result of a combination of maturation in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels . The high proportion of Oloroso sherry adds the whiskey taste of dried fruit and spices to the classic citrus - smoky Kilchoman. Together they form a balanced single malt Scotch whiskey with the typical fine peat smoke of Islay and citrus sweetness.
