Sandeman Fine White Porto

Sandeman Porto White is produced by the traditional method of port wine production. The hand-picked grapes are harvested and crushed. It then ferments at a controlled temperature with maceration of the husk to obtain the best ingredients. The addition of wine alcohol at the ideal time determines the balance between the consistency of the wine and its bouquet. This moment is decided by the wine producer after strict control of the temperatures and densities of the fermentation, the densities depending on the variety of the wine, the ripening phase and the final sweetness required.
