Sandeman Porto White is produced using the traditional method of making port wine. Hand-picked grapes are harvested and crushed. Then, it ferments at controlled temperatures with skin maceration to extract the best components. The addition of wine alcohol at the ideal moment determines the balance between the wine's consistency and its bouquet. This moment is decided by the winemaker after strict monitoring of fermentation temperatures and densities, with densities depending on the grape variety, maturation phase, and desired final sweetness.
