Saison Pale Rum Discontinued

Saison Pale Rum is a blend of carefully selected distillates from 3 different regions in the Caribbean islands of Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica.

The intention is to showcase the typicality of these areas in perfect balance while highlighting the differences of each region.

The selected unaged rums are sourced from both traditional refining methods, as the ultimate goal is a blend that has the richness and intensity from the distillation of molasses using Pot Still combined with the smoothness and lightness from the distillation of sugar cane in Column Still.

These rums then travel across the ocean to France, where they are blended by cognac master Jerome Tessendier. His aim is to create a unique harmony using the same methods as with cognac and to blend the different island terroirs with their diverse floral, fruity, and spicy aromatic profiles.

The blend rests for 3 months in mature French oak barrels on the banks of the Charente. This final step adds a touch of roundness and softness to this fresh, fruity, and floral blend.
