Sabatini is a delightful gin that exudes Tuscan style from every angle, including 9 botanicals from Italy that are olive leaves, sage, fennel, iris, lemongrass, juniper, coriander, thyme and lavender.
After the first sip, you will feel a delicious, delicate taste with notes of citrus, juniper and herbs, which will pleasantly warm you up. Although gin is made from Italian botanicals, it is distilled for the Sabatini family by Thames Distillers in London.
The gin is housed in a minimalist bottle that hides a beautiful detail. At the right angle you will see 5 trees in the meadow from the front of the bottle. We recommend serving slightly chilled with tonic and a sprig of thyme.
