Plantation Single Cask Trinidad 2011 Burgundy Wine Cask
Plantation Single Cask Trinidad 2011 Burgundy Wine Cask is part of a special limited edition released for Slovakia. The bottle features the inscription - Carefully selected for Slovak rum fans. The rum was distilled in 2011 using the Colum Still method in Trinidad.
The rum aged multiple times, which is characteristic of the limited edition Single Cask. The vintage rum first matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of its country of origin - Barbados, and then aged 1 year in ex-cognac Ferrand barrels made of French oak. Finally, the rum aged 1 year in a barrel that previously held red Burgundy wine from the Pinot Noir variety.
Triple aging adds an extra layer of flavors and aromas to the rum, contributing to its impressive complexity. This rum was crafted by Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel, who always carefully selects the best barrels for aging.
Bottles were filled with an alcohol content of 49.2%, volume is 0.7 l and the bottles come in beautiful gift boxes.
