Plantation Single Cask Trinidad 2009

Plantation Single Cask Trinidad 2009 is a limited edition dark rum. It is made specifically for the Slovak Republic! It is produced from premium sugarcane molasses. The rum undergoes a two-phase aging process.

Aging begins in the tropical climate of Trinidad, where the rum ages for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It is then transported to France, where it matures for 1 year in ex-cognac Ferrand barrels. Finally, it completes its several months of aging in ex-beer barrels.

The rum has gained an enormous range of flavor and aroma notes from these barrels. The bottle features a very nice and colorful design with a decorative straw netting. This makes it stand out in your collection or as a gift.

Aroma: very fresh, fruity, citrus, apple, pear, vanilla
Taste: chocolate, roasted pistachios, pastry, grapefruit, fruity
