Plantation Single Cask Fiji 2004
The limited rum Plantation Single Cask Fiji 2004 arrives as the first from the new edition titled Terravera. The material used for producing this rum is molasses made from local sugar cane. It is grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil, making it of very high quality.
The rum has an impressive 19 years of age and was distilled using Column Still in 2004 at the Rum Co. Of Fiji. Subsequently, the rum aged for 17 years in ex-bourbon casks and was then transported to France, where it matured for an additional 2 years in ex-cognac Ferrand casks. We again encounter the process of double aging, which is a hallmark of all Plantation rums.
The rum is bottled at an alcohol content of 50.3 %, with no added sugar or coloring. This allows you to enjoy it neat with its true full flavor. It is a very flavor-intensive rum. The bottle comes in a beautiful colorful gift packaging. This is a truly limited number of bottles, which is one-time only. This rum is a collector's piece.
