Plantation Single Cask Australia 2009

Plantation Single Cask Australia 2009 is an exclusive Australian rum from the Beenleigh Artisan distillery, distilled using Pot Still. It is made from premium molasses that was fermented for up to 15 days.

Tropical 11-year aging in ex-bourbon casks has given it a fantastic slightly spicy flavor with notes of wood, nuts, oranges, and blueberries. It was then transported to France, where it matured for 1 year in ex-cognac Ferrand casks. Finally, it was finished in an ex-sherry Palo Cortado cask, where it spent 4 months.

After aging, it was bottled at 45.4% alcohol content and sealed with a cork stopper. It comes in a beautiful black and gold gift packaging. This is a Single Cask edition, meaning that only a very limited number of pieces were produced!
