Papalin Jamaica High Ester 5 Year Old is a blend of rums created by Luca Gargano, the CEO of the Italian house Velier. Following the success of his first Papalin from 2003, Gargano launched a new collection of blends inspired by this legendary cuvée in 2021. This rum consists of three Jamaican rums, selected for their character and aromatic richness.

This Papalin, aged 5 years, offers a complex and bold aromatic palette with high ester content, characteristic of great Jamaican rums. Its aromas feature a perfectly balanced combination of vanilla, citrus, spices, and tropical fruits, with sugarcane taking center stage.

Papalin is a project dedicated to blends created by Luca Gargano. The idea arose from a desire to return to the history of rum at the end of the 19th century when Jamaican merchants began creating blends without disclosing the distilleries they came from.

Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 47% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift cartons.
