Old St. Croix XO 175 Years Anniversary

Old St. Croix XO 175 Years Anniversary is a premium Caribbean rum spirit created to celebrate 175 years of rum-making tradition on the island of St. Croix. This anniversary edition pays tribute to the rich history of Caribbean distillation and presents a rum with an elegant and balanced character typical of high-quality rums from this region.

This very special edition was crafted by the Master Blender using some of the most exceptional and oldest casks available in the cellars of A.H. Riise. The heart of this rum matured for up to 21 years, complemented by younger rums to create a perfectly balanced blend.

The rum spirit matured at low temperatures and high humidity in deep, dark cellars, where it had ideal conditions for ageing. After achieving the desired blend, the rum was further finished in ex-sherry Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, adding additional depth and complexity.

The aroma reveals pleasant notes of vanilla, orange, butter and biscuits, complemented by gentle hints of oak and spice. The palate is full, smooth and balanced, with notes of creamy caramel, mint and pineapple. Gradually, hints of oak and sweet molasses appear, adding depth and elegance.

The finish is medium to long, gently sweet and pleasantly warming with lingering notes of vanilla and oak. Old St. Croix XO 175 Years Anniversary is ideal for slow sipping, best enjoyed neat or with a cube of ice to fully appreciate its rich aromatic profile.
