This blend is produced only when the master distiller selects casks of truly exceptional quality from selected distilleries in the Caribbean and Central America. It then matures in oak barrels that previously held fortified and sweet dessert wines. These casks impart layers of sweetness, aromatic depth, and elegant complexity.
