Old Pascas White Rum
Old Pascas White Rum is produced in modern distillation facilities in Barbados or in the Caribbean regions, distilled in a fine, column still method from sugar molasses.
Rum characterized by a complex distillation process. Together with the know-how of Old Pascas, it achieves remarkable rum quality. It is an exceptionally smooth distillate that transports the full freshness and aroma of sugar cane directly into the bottle.
Old Pascas White rum is distilled using traditional production methods. Unlike the old Pascas Ron Negro, it is neutral, smooth, and mild in flavor. This is mainly because the rum is not aged in oak barrels. Old Pascas is a light rum, meant to be young and fresh, while also being smooth, light, and with an almost neutral taste and aroma.
On the palate, it presents a fresh, delicate flavor with a subtly sweet background, an almost neutral rum character, ideal for those who prefer a less pronounced rum. This white variant can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or used as a reliable base for cocktails like Cuba Libre, Mojito, or exotic long drinks.
