Old Pascas White Rum
Old Pascas White Rum is produced in modern stills in Barbados or in the Caribbean regions, distilled in a gentle, colonial process from sugar molasses.
Rum characterised by its complex distillation method. Together with the know-how of Old Pascas White, it achieves a remarkable rum quality. It is an exceptionally fine spirit that transports the full freshness and aroma of the sugar cane directly into the bottle.
Old Pascas White rum is distilled in the traditional way. Unlike Old Pascas Ron Negro, it is neutral, smooth and mild in flavour. This is mainly because the rum is not stored in oak casks. Old Pascas is a light rum, meant to be young and fresh, yet smooth, light and with an almost neutral taste and aroma.
On the tongue it shows a fresh, delicate flavour with a slightly sweetish background and an almost neutral rum character, ideal for those who prefer a less pronounced rum. This white variant can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or used as a reliable base for cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or exotic long drinks.
