Description
Jamaica 2000 comes from a first-class selection of rums from the independent Mezan. 18-year-old rum distilled in the famous Long Pond distillery, where Capitan Morgan was also born. It is a sweet, lively and fruity rum, unsweetened and not filtered cold. Matured in ex-burbon barrels, 3 years in Jamaica and 15 in Europe. Distilled in the style of "Wedderburn" in 2000, filled in 2018 as Cask Strength. Each bottle is numbered.
Aroma and taste: fruit, banana, pineapple, mango, caramel, vanilla, ginger and barrel sharpness.
