Mermaid Gin

This can be attributed to the use of some botanical ingredients grown on the Isle of Wight, including juniper, which gives the gin its classic pine aromatic component. Other botanicals, such as rosemary, mint and lemongrass, add a spicy and herbal character to the scent.

The taste of Mermaid Gin is balanced and refreshing. Juniper is still noticeable, but not overly dominant. The gin features notes of citrus and fresh herbs that lend the drink a subtle complexity and uniqueness. You can also find hints of sea breeze and sea salt, which is another nod to the Isle of Wight, where the gin is produced.
