Malecon Rare Proof 2002 17 Year Old

Malecon Rare Proof 2002 is a premium Panamanian rum that matured for 17 years in a tropical climate. It was distilled in 2002 and then matured in oak barrels, thanks to which it acquired an irresistible taste of almonds, biscuits, bananas and fruits.

Cuban Master Distiller Francisco Fernandez oversaw the entire maturation process. The higher 51.2 % alcohol content gives this rum a more intense and spicy character. We recommend serving neat after dinner with an ice cube.
