Lighthouse Coffee Dominican Republic Honey Barahona AA 500 g
This coffee bean, Lighthouse Coffee Dominican Republic Honey Barahona, comes from the Sierra de Bahoruco mountain range in the northwest of the Dominican Republic, where it is grown on approximately 15 hectares at an altitude of around 1,100 meters.
The climatic conditions and volcanic, very fertile soil in the shade of trees and banana plants create the ideal environment for the slow and high-quality ripening of coffee cherries. The AA grade represents the highest standard of quality.
The flavor profile is rich and distinctive - with a firm body against a chocolate base, complemented by notes of tobacco, caramelized fruit, candied orange peel, biscuits, and sweet dates. This profile is reminiscent of a flavorful journey straight to the heart of the Caribbean.
Thanks to its complexity, this coffee is extremely versatile in preparation. As an espresso, it stands out with its full body and rich crema, along with a dark chocolate-caramel depth. In milk-based variants such as cappuccino or latte, the more delicate notes of candied fruit and orange blend beautifully with the sweetness of the milk. When filtered or brewed in a French press, delicate nuances of sweet fruit and caramel open up, worthy of slow savoring.
The package contains 500 g.
