Single malt whisky means it is made from a single type of malted barley and distilled at a single distillery. The 10-year-old whisky matured in first-fill American oak bourbon casks. It has notes of salty stones, red apples, caramel, and peat smoke. The taste is accompanied by roasted almonds, chili, caramel, apples, and a returning salty smoke.
