Sweet distillate from pure sugarcane juice with a blend of secret spices and cinnamon grown on the farm.
Pure, very sweet and spicy, true rum from tropical Mauritius.
Sugarcane is harvested to produce fresh sugarcane juice. Fresh sugarcane juice is filtered to remove all small fibers. Then, yeast is added and kept in a tank for 44 hours.
Once the desired yeast concentration is reached, part of the mixture is transferred to the fermentation tank and fresh juice is added. The fermentation process lasts for 35 hours.
The next step is distillation. The distillation column has a total of 39 containers.
The desired distillate is collected in three different containers. The lowest container contains heavy distillate, while the highest container contains lighter distillate.
The final product leaves the column, passes through the condenser, and is collected in 25,000-liter stainless steel tanks.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift cartons.
