Labourdonnais Héritage rum is an exceptional agricole rum from the island of Mauritius, produced by the Distillerie de Labourdonnais. This rum is distilled from the fresh juice of sugar cane grown on the Domaine de Labourdonnais' own plantations, guaranteeing its authentic taste and high quality.
The sugar cane is harvested on the Labourdonnais plantations and immediately processed into fresh juice, thus preserving its natural aroma and flavour.
The fermented juice passes through a distillation column to obtain a pure spirit with the desired characteristics. The distillate is aged in carefully selected oak casks, which give the rum its characteristic flavour and aromatic properties.
The flavour of the rum is smooth and full-bodied, dominated by honey notes, citrus hints and a subtle touch of dark chocolate.
Labourdonnais Héritage is the ideal choice for connoisseurs looking for an authentic rum with a story to tell.
