It is made from 100% blue Weber agave, hand-harvested and processed using traditional methods. Distillation takes place in a steel vessel with a copper coil, which enhances the purity and delicate herbal character of the distillate. The Blanco version is unaged, allowing it to retain the clarity, freshness, and intensity of flavor typical of fresh agave.
The aroma is dominated by freshly chopped agave, subtle green notes, and a hint of citrus.
