La 7 Vidas Tequila Blanco comes from the Los Altos de Jalisco region, known for the high quality of its blue agave cultivation. It is made from 100 % blue Weber agave, harvested by hand and processed using traditional methods. Distillation takes place in a steel vessel with a copper coil, which enhances the purity and delicate vegetal character of the distillate. The Blanco version is not aged, which allows it to retain the clarity, freshness, and intensity of flavor typical of fresh agave.
The aroma is dominated by freshly chopped agave, subtle green notes and a hint of citrus. The flavor profile is distinctive and fresh, starting with a bold attack of herbal and spicy notes that develop into a surprisingly smooth and velvety finish. Although this is a young tequila, it is well-balanced and elegant. It has an alcohol content of 40 % and is ideal for sipping neat or in premium cocktails.
The La 7 Vidas brand, which is part of the Italian concept J.Rose, combines Mexican tradition with European artistic spirit. The bottle is decorated with an illustration by the legendary Milo Manara, depicting a woman – the character of Alma Beltrán, who symbolizes passion, courage, and dreams. The label is also a removable sticker that can be reapplied, making the bottle not only a drink but also an art object with added value.
