Karpatská Perla 4 Elements 2021

Slovak white dry wine 4 Živly with a protected designation of origin from the winery Karpatská Perla. It comes from the Malokarpatská wine region, vineyard Noviny, Kramáre and Suchý vrch. This is the vintage 2021.

The unique cuvée 4 Živly was created by blending four white wines from the 2021 vintage. It achieved perfect harmony by combining Rizling rýnsky from Kramáre, Veltlínske zelené from Noviny, Aurelius, and Rizling rýnsky from Suchý vrch. The wine aged beautifully for 3 months in an oak barrel.

We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 12 to 14°C with pork tenderloin or grilled specialties. The sugar content of the grapes is 21°NM.
