This edition of J.Rose was born under starry nights, as what you imagine already exists and lives in some corner of the universe. Thus, JR80 was created, the first limited edition from J.Rose, to celebrate the 80th birthday of master Mila Manara.

The gin is distilled from wild juniper berries and alcohol using the London Dry method, in a steam kettle and copper distillation apparatus. Subsequently, 9 rare botanical elements are added, which together affect the taste buds with charm and elegance, offering an intense and pleasant experience. Specifically, the botanicals are: Juniper, Bergamot, Angelica, Cardamom, Coriander, Oak Bark, Prickly Pear Flowers, Peruvian Maca, Mandarin Peel.

The aroma is dominated by pure juniper, complemented by fresh citrus, subtle herbal and spicy notes. The taste is dry, pronounced, and harmonious, with a beautifully structured juniper base, citrus freshness, and a subtle spiciness in the background. The finish is longer, clean, and elegantly dry.
