Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum 5 Solera

Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum 5 Solera represents the island of Mauritius as a whole. The rum is a blend of various individual spirits from the island, refined in a complex process, which, when matured, achieve their harmonious and aromatic flavour.

For the production of Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum Solera 5, three quality rums aged 1, 4 and 5 years were carefully selected and perfectly balanced with each other. The casks were changed repeatedly during the 4-year maturation period to achieve a structured and unique flavour profile.

The bottles were bottled at 40 % alcohol and come in gift boxes. We recommend serving the rum on its own or in a variety of mixed drinks.

Taste: complex, sweet, oak, malt
