Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum 5 Solera represents the island of Mauritius as a whole. The rum is a blend of various individual distillates from the island, refined through a complex process, achieving its harmonious and aromatic flavor after aging.

For the production of Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum Solera 5, three high-quality types of rum aged 1, 4, and 5 years were carefully selected and perfectly balanced. The barrels were repeatedly changed during the 4-year aging period to achieve a structured and unique flavor profile.

Bottles were filled with an alcohol content of 40 % and come in gift boxes. We recommend serving the rum neat or in various mixed drinks.
