At least 14 years old V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale) cognac - a blend of cognacs from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions. This digestive-supporting drink was created by Augustín Godet in 1838 exclusively for his business lunches. The cognac was introduced to the market only in 1920. It is dry, with a golden-brown sparkle, aromas of iris, violets, oak, dried fruit, and honey. Its taste is smooth yet pronounced. You can taste dried apricots, spices, cinnamon, and nuts. It finishes with orange blossom and a rainbow of other flavors that make it a rare delicacy.
