Description
Glen Scotia Seasonal Release 2022 is a long-awaited special limited edition Scottish single malt whisky from the Campbeltown region.
Aged for a long 11 years in first-fill ex-bourbon oak casks, which imparted a pleasant aroma of wood, spices, and baked goods. For the last 12 months, it was filled into ex-sherry Amontillado casks, giving it a fantastic fruity flavor with notes of apples, cookies, and cinnamon.
Finally, it was bottled at a high 53.3 % alcohol content. It is made without chill filtration, added colorings, or flavorings. The bottle comes in a beautiful brown-gold gift packaging reminiscent of the old Victorian style.
