Giusti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is an Italian red wine in a large magnum bottle of 1.5 l with a gift box.
Its base consists of 80% grapes of the Corvina Veronese variety along with Corvinone and 20% grapes of the Rondinella variety, from the hilly parts of the Valpolicella wine region, Verona, Veneto, Italy (elevation 100 - 150 m above sea level).
It is produced using traditional methods in stainless steel tanks. In accordance with the ancient "Ripasso" technique, it first fermented on the skins of Amarone grapes. It then aged for a full 12 months in oak barrels and an additional 6 months in the bottle until the right moment to reach wine lovers.
Color: ruby red – with further aging transitioning to garnet
Aroma: intense with notes of spices and red fruits
Taste: velvety with light and elegant tannins
It pairs excellently with the first course, roasted and red meats.
It is recommended to open this wine at least half an hour before drinking. Serve at a temperature of 18 - 20 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
