Giusti Sparkling Extra Dry Green

Italian extra dry white sparkling wine Giusti Sparkling Extra Dry Green, made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes. Casa Bianche vineyard, Veneto wine region, Piave area, Marca Trevigiana, Italy.

It is created by fermenting the varietal white grapes without skins. The first fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, and the second fermentation occurs in pressure tanks at low temperature.

Fizz: fine and lasting bubbles
Color: light straw yellow with a greenish hue
Aroma: equally intense and delicate scent of fruits and flowers, with pear Abate Fetel, peach, passion fruit, and banana appearing at the start, transitioning to citrus notes of clementine and green tea with a mint undertone
Taste: fresh, flavorful, harmonious, and very pleasant

Perfect as an aperitif, for toasting during special moments, and for enjoying with meals.
Serve at a temperature of 4 - 6 °C.
Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
