Treat yourself to the extra dry Italian prosecco Giusti Rosalia Prosecco DOC Extra Dry! This is a white sparkling wine made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes from vineyards located in the Veneto wine region, Piave Marca Trevigiana area, Italy.

It is produced by fermenting the grapes without skins. The first fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, and the second fermentation occurs in pressure tanks at low temperature.

Perlage: appropriately volatile, fine, and smooth
Color: light straw yellow with green reflections
Aroma: intense, fruity-floral with notes of yellow apples, lemons, and flowers of wisteria and acacia
Taste: fresh, well-structured, pleasant, and harmonious

It is excellent as an aperitif, for toasting during special moments, but also for enjoying during meals.
Serve at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.
