Distillation takes place at low temperature to preserve the flavor and aroma of the botanicals used. This unique gin contains only 100% natural ingredients, with no colorings or added sugars.

Behind the production of the gin are 2 entrepreneurs and 4 masters in various fields: a perfumer with 40 years of experience in fragrances, the founder of the world's first dessert restaurant Espai Sucre, a creative mixologist, and the best sommelier in Spain of 2012. These individuals came together to create the perfect combination of flavors and aromas.

GinRaw is produced in small batches with an alcohol content of 37.5%. We recommend GinRaw Orange Blossom mixed with tonic, add orange peel, and enjoy a unique Gin&Tonic.
