Foursquare White High Esters Rum
This rum Foursquare White High Esters is an innovation within the Habitation Velier edition.
It comes from a blend of two rums distilled in a double pot still. The first is a rum made from molasses fermented with cultivated yeast. The second comes from pure sugarcane juice and is fermented with wild yeast.
After 72 hours of fermentation (which explains the abbreviation LFT = Long Fermentation Type) and distillation, the resulting rum has an exceptionally high ester content. This parameter directly influences the aromatic character of this unique tasting experience.
Foursquare, known for its exceptional know-how, once again brings innovation in the form of white high esters bottled in Habitation Velier bottles.
This Barbadian distillery, led by Richard Seale, combines tradition and modernity by using a double retort pot still. This rare and expensive equipment allows for thorough distillation that captures the full wealth of aromas.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of up to 62% with a volume of 0.7 l.
