Foursquare Covenant
The limited rum Foursquare Covenant comes from the Foursquare distillery. Distillation took place in 2004 and 2005 and it aged in ex-bourbon casks. After 10 years, the distillate was transferred to barrels and its strength was reduced, then it was allowed to age for another 8 years.
The flavor profile of the rum features a lot of oak. However, it is balanced by a huge amount of natural sweetness. It is a big and bold type of rum created by Richard Seale and his team. Their proven methods have once again produced a unique rum.
At 18 years old, it is the oldest bottle ever produced at Foursquare. The bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 58 % with a volume of 0.7 l.
