Description
The limited edition Foursquare Covenant rum comes from the Foursquare distillery. It was distilled in 2004 and 2005 and matured in ex-bourbon casks. After 10 years, the spirit was decanted into vats and reduced in strength, then left to age for a further 8 years.
There is plenty of oak in the rum's flavour profile. But it is balanced by a huge amount of natural sweetness. It's a big and bold kind of rum, created by Richard Seale and his team. Their proven methods have once again created a unique rum.
With an age of 18 years, this is the oldest bottle that has been produced at Foursquare. The bottles are bottled at 58 % alcohol with a 0,7 l capacity.
