Description
Dos Maderas Atlantic is an exceptional rum created from 5-year-old rum from Guyana and 5-year-old rum from Barbados.
After blending, they were sent from these tropical islands to a bodega in Jerez, Andalucia, Spain, where their combination was further deepened by an additional 1 year of aging in very old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The result is a rum with a light amber color with reflections of old gold and an attractive flavor profile with notes of pastry, sweet vanilla, honey, caramel, toasted nuts, fine raisins reminiscent of sherry hand by hand with prominent notes of oak wood and spices.
