Di Camillo Borgomarino Rosato
Di Camillo Borgomarino Rosato is an elegant rosé wine from Abruzzo, made from the Montepulciano grape variety. This variety is typical for this Italian region and in rosé form brings a fresh fruity expression, pleasant juiciness, and an easy-drinking character.
The wine belongs to the Borgomarino line, which refers to the historic fishing part of the city of Pescara and the family roots of the Di Camillo winery. During production, there is a 9-hour skin contact, which gives the wine a delicate peachy-pink color and fruity aroma. The subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature helps preserve its freshness and clean expression.
The aroma features notes of blackberries, currants, and small red fruits. The taste is fresh, pleasantly fruity, and aromatically persistent. Borgomarino Rosato pairs well with lighter cuisine, grilled vegetables, poultry, fish, salads, or as a refreshing summer wine.
