Cardhu 11-Year-Old (Diageo Special Release 2020) is a unique Scottish single malt whisky produced in a very limited number of bottles for the entire world. It matured in re-charred, new, and ex-bourbon American oak casks. The result is a fantastic honey flavor profile that goes hand in hand with the special line of whisky Rare by Nature introduced in 2019 with bee symbolism. This whisky is best enjoyed neat, with a few ice cubes, or with a splash of water. Chilled, it pairs excellently with lunch on the terrace.

Color: light gold
Aroma: smooth and slightly sharp, a hint of new wooden pen case transitions into fresh fruity notes of green apple, grape, and pineapple, lemon zest, and a mossy base
Taste: naturally strong, creamy smooth texture and sweet fruity flavor with traces of fondant, delicately buttery, spicy, and peppery, reminiscent of baked fruit dumplings
Finish: longer, warming, with notes of white pepper
