Description
Cane Island Venezuela is a fantastic 8-year-old rum from Venezuela, produced by the local distillery Sofa. It is made from high-quality molasses that was distilled using a Column Still.
It aged for a long 8 years in a tropical climate in American ex-bourbon barrels made of white oak, which imparted a subtly spicy flavor with notes of spice, cinnamon, and nuts. The Cane Island collection includes many exceptional delicious rums from around the world.
We recommend serving at room temperature with a cube of ice. The rum is bottled with a cork stopper.
