Santa Ana Pomelo Gin is a fresh and modern interpretation of Filipino gin, based on the original recipe of Santa Ana Gin, inspired by the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret casino from the 1920s in Manila. This edition enhances the core flavor of classic Santa Ana Gin by adding an exotic citrus component – juicy Filipino pomelo (Davao Pomelo).
Flavored gin is produced in France, in the Cognac region, where vacuum distillation takes place, preserving the delicate aromas of botanicals without thermal loss. The base consists of juniper, ylang-ylang, alpinia galanga, calamansi, and dalandan – citrus fruits typical of the Philippines. Their combination creates a unique profile with dominant citrus freshness and a subtle floral structure.
The aroma features prominent pomelo, juniper, and ylang-ylang with a light touch of dalandan and calamansi. The taste is harmonious – distinctly citrusy, fresh, and lightly spiced with a long, clean finish.
Santa Ana Pomelo Gin is ideal for refreshing summer cocktails like Gin & Tonic, Tom Collins, or Negroni with a citrus twist.
Non-Alcoholic Undone No.2 Not Gin is made by extracting essences from various herbs and spices, which are then distilled in special equipment to achieve an authentic gin flavor. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of gin in non-alcoholic drinks! Some of the key herbs used in the production of Undone No.2 Not Gin include juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus fruits.
After distillation, these extracts are blended into a mixture and gently flavored with natural ingredients. The entire production process is very carefully monitored to ensure excellent quality and taste of the beverage. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-calorie, and made only with natural flavors.
