Santa Ana

Santa Ana is a French-Filipino gin, bottled in France (Charente region), but inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of the Santa Ana cabaret in Manila in the 1920s.

The gin is partially distilled under vacuum conditions in Charente, which preserves the delicate aromas of the botanicals without degrading them through heat. The base is made up of classic ingredients – juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, angelica, orris and fennel – complemented by exotic Philippine plants: ylang-ylang, alpinia, calamansi (Philippine citrus) and dalandan.

Santa Ana aims to offer a multisensory experience – to give the taste and smell of music, cabaret, dance and tropical nostalgia. The production, combining traditional and exotic ingredients, reflects the brand's philosophy – to be eclectic, adventurous, but also accessible and elegant.
