Santa Ana is a French-Filipino gin, produced in France (Charente region), but inspired by the vibrant atmosphere of the Santa Ana cabaret in Manila from the 1920s.

The gin is distilled partially under vacuum conditions in Charente, preserving the delicate aromas of the botanicals without degradation from heat. The base consists of classic ingredients – juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, angelica, orris root, and fennel – complemented by exotic Filipino botanicals: ylang-ylang, alpinia, calamansi (Filipino citrus), and dalandan.

Santa Ana aims to offer a multi-sensory experience – to give the taste and aroma of music, cabaret, dance, and tropical nostalgia. The production, combining traditional and exotic ingredients, reflects the brand's philosophy – to be eclectic, adventurous, yet accessible and elegant.
