Santa Ana is a French gin inspired by the lively and energetic musical era of the jazz age of the 20s to 40s. It is tasteful, eclectic, and adventurous, yet quite accessible and pleasant to the ears, just as Santa Ana Gin is pleasant to the taste buds. The gin offers a multi-sensory experience along with aroma, flavor, and visually striking elements.
Santa Ana Gin is produced through partial vacuum distillation, in the French region of Charente. This technique allows for the extraction of concentrated botanical aromas without their degradation by heat. Vacuum distillation captures the finest scents, which intensify and become more complex towards the end of the distillation process.
The result is a fragrant, delicious gin that utilizes even the most delicate botanical substances. For Santa Ana gin, the base consists of several classic ingredients - juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, angelica root, and orris root - with added aromatic properties of ylang-ylang, alpine and fennel along with sweet citrus notes of calamansi (Philippine lime) and dalandan (a type of orange).
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 42.3 % and a volume of 0.7 l. The visual design of the bottles pays tribute to the unmatched dance days of Manila in the 1920s and its crown jewel, the legendary Santa Ana cabaret, once the largest in the world.

Non-Alcoholic Undone No.2 Not Gin is made by extracting essences from various herbs and spices, which are then distilled in special equipment to achieve an authentic gin flavor. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of gin in non-alcoholic drinks! Some of the key herbs used in the production of Undone No.2 Not Gin include juniper, coriander, angelica, and citrus fruits.
After distillation, these extracts are blended into a mixture and gently flavored with natural ingredients. The entire production process is very carefully monitored to ensure excellent quality and taste of the beverage. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, low-calorie, and made only with natural flavors.
We do not recommend tasting or serving it on its own! The best way to enjoy Undone No.2 is definitely in a mixed drink.
