Hatozaki is a blended whisky from the Kaikyo distillery located in Akashi. The blend combines malt and grain whiskies from Japan as well as other countries. It matures in various casks, including ex-sherry, ex-bourbon, and oak from the Japanese Mizunara tree, which adds a complex flavor profile with notes of cherry blossom.
It is named after the oldest stone lighthouse Hatozaki in Japan. No coloring or filtration. We recommend serving it neat or with a cube of ice.
Non-Alcoholic Undone No.3 Not Whiskey is made from selected ingredients such as caramelized sugar and spices. It is an aroma designed to mimic the taste and scent of whiskey in non-alcoholic drinks! The ingredients are combined using modern technology to achieve an authentic whiskey aroma and flavor. The drink is vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie, and made with only natural flavors. The German brand Undone also produces other non-alcoholic beverages.
