Made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes grown in clay-limestone soil in the Chieti wine region, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.P. in Italy. This indigenous variety is among the best Italian grapes. It was harvested both mechanically and by hand. The wine was vinified using traditional methods. It offers an interesting sensory experience from its beautiful ruby color with a purple hue, through a floral bouquet revealing delicate aromas of violet and cyclamen, to a structured and robust taste, where notes of red fruit stand out.

Piccini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is an Italian red wine made from the grape variety Montepulciano, which thrives throughout Italy, but its largest wine-growing area is the Abruzzo region. The grapes are hand-picked and then pressed under a roller. Vintage 2020.
This wine style is similar to Chianti wines and is considered to have a very "animalistic" taste. It pairs perfectly with game, grilled meats, steaks, braised and roasted meats, as well as fresh and aged cheeses like pecorino.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 to 20 °C.

Made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes grown in clay-limestone soil in the Chieti wine region, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.P. in Italy. This indigenous variety is among the best Italian grapes and produces intense red wines. The grapes for this wine were harvested both mechanically and by hand. They were then vinified using traditional methods and aged to perfection for another 12-16 months in barrique barrels. This wine has a beautiful cherry red color with a purple sheen, a typical wine-fruity aroma, and a robust flavor with a full body, featuring tannins and the taste of red fruit.
