Description

Bottega Gold Prosecco Brut is an iconic sparkling wine from the Veneto region of Italy, known not only for its exceptional taste, but also for its luxurious golden bottle design.

This prosecco is made from the Glera grape variety, which is carefully cultivated in the hills of Treviso. Thanks to traditional vinification and secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks (Charmat method), this wine achieves a perfect harmony between freshness and finesse.

The Charmat method is the refinement of the wine into sparkling wine, which takes place in large-volume fermentation tanks in which the sparkling wine is left to mature for at least six months after the secondary fermentation has finished. Finally, the yeasts are filtered out and the expedition liqueur is added (can be enriched with different ingredients).

The Prosecco is pale yellow in colour with characteristic fruity and floral aromas of green apple, Williams pear, fresh grapes, acacia blossom and lily. Pleasant, fresh, fruity and rounded taste with notes of fresh grapes. A delicious and rich wine with plenty of freshness.

It is recommended to serve chilled to a temperature of 4 - 6 °C. Great as an aperitif, but equally excellent with starters, fish dishes, seafood and light desserts.

Bottega Gold Prosecco Brut is an ideal choice for celebrations, special occasions or as a stylish gift that is guaranteed to impress.
