Bottega Rose Gold Brut is an elegant sparkling wine made from 100 % Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grown in the Lombardy region of Italy. This wine is characterised by its delicate pink colour and persistent, fine pearl.
The wine has a persistent bubbling. Intense, elegant, complex aromas with a fruity aroma (a mixture of berries, currants and wild strawberries). The palate is fresh, delicate, fine and well-structured, with balanced acidity and a longer finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with starters, fish dishes, seafood and light desserts. Recommended serving temperature is 4 - 5°C.
