Blood Oath Pact No.12

Blood Oath Pact No. 12 is a limited edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey from 2026, created by master distiller John Rempe for Lux Row Distillers.

The blend consists of a combination of 9-year-old and 12-year-old bourbon with rye in the grain mix and 7-year-old bourbon, which first aged in barrels that previously held Italian Montepulciano wine and then in Sangiovese barrels. This is the first Blood Oath with a double finish in Italian wine barrels.

Montepulciano barrels bring notes of ripe black cherries, leather, and spicy cocoa. Sangiovese adds red fruit, dried herbs, and a subtle herbal character. The resulting bourbon is bottled at 98.6 proof, or 49.3% alcohol.

This edition is a one-time release and will not be reproduced in the same form. The official allocation is 51,000 bottles, with 1,400 of them set aside for a future release of the Blood Oath Trilogy. Each bottle comes in a distinctive wooden presentation box.
