Be:Café Costa Rica Hacienda Sonora Honey is a premium 100 % Arabica sourced from the Hacienda Sonora farm, located at the foot of the active Poás volcano in Costa Rica. This family-run farm with over a century of tradition is spread over 100 hectares, 65 of which are dedicated to growing coffee under the shade of indigenous trees, helping to preserve biodiversity and improve the quality of the soil.

The coffee is processed using the 'pulped natural' method, which leaves 100 % of the pulp on the bean once the skin has been removed. This process enhances the sweetness and fruity notes in the flavour.
