Description
Balan Cabernet Franc is a red, dry, Italian wine. It comes from vineyards in the DOC Grave del Friuli area, which is characterised by medium-heavy clay soils. The grape variety is 100 % Cabernet Franc.
The skins of the grapes are macerated for 5 to 6 days. Refining takes place in cement tanks and lasts at least 6 months. Immediately afterwards, the wine is bottled.
We recommend serving it with red meat, roasts, game and aged cheeses.
